Pet odors and accidents can sometimes go undetected for days, and lead to carpet decay. By this stage, the urine has usually soaked through the carpet and passed through the padding into the floor. Our two stage pet odor removal process eliminates unpleasant amines (ammonia) and the almost unbearable mercaptans (the strongest odor causer in skunk spray). 
At Beyond Carpet Care we take specific steps in eliminating these carpet pet stains and odors, and helping pet owners to care for their pets while living in a clean and sanitary environment free of carpet pet stains. Below is a brief description of the procedure our trained professionals follow during the carpet cleaning and pet odor eliminator process:
- Identification of carpet area which needs immediate cleaning, followed by a pre-treater to break the molecular bonds and ensure that urine can be extracted.
- The areas contaminated with urine are treated with enzyme injections that attack the urine at the molecular level, which results in “eating away” the remaining urine.
- We begin the carpet cleaning process, which produces the best results in permanent odor and stain removal in the affected areas.
